This rich, full flavour cider is a blend from 2 vintages. Where Rough Diamond (my summer cider), is light and appley with a zesty acidity, Crazy Diamond is full of Somerset's finest tannins giving a lingering finish over a soft acidity. Perfect on an autumn eve or in a mull.
